Reimagining healthcare with a human-centric mindset

Traditionally, the pharma industry sells drugs to people who need to address diseases and health issues. But shouldn’t healthcare be about keeping people healthy instead? Preserving health rather than curing patients?

That’s the challenge we facilitated for a team of 30 intrapreneurs from SANOFI, coming from the most diverse departments: sales, IT, legal, marketing, partnerships… and from all over Latin America.

Taken out of their corporate comfort to a creative space and locked with our experts in innovation for several days, we enabled the collaborators to co-create solutions to re-imagine the role of one of the most reputed pharmaceutical companies in the society through an intense, playful and business-driven design sprint. From understanding the users to extracting key insights, reframing problem statement to form a vision, ideate innovative concepts and converge on a few feasible ideas with high impact potential to build prototypes and test them.
